When I’m not helping clients breathe and sleep better, you’ll find me juggling the beautiful chaos of motherhood, chasing my two girls, enjoying the outdoors here in Pendleton, or sneaking in a hot cup of coffee before it gets cold. I get what real life looks like, and I bring that same practical, real-world approach to my practice every day.

Hey Friend! I’m Brianna, the woman behind Elevate.

Does this sound like you?

You’re here because something feels off. Maybe your child is snoring or mouth breathing. Maybe you’ve tried everything to fix your TMJ pain or orthodontic relapse. Maybe sleep feels more exhausting than restful.

 I see you — you’re not alone.

I’m Brianna — myofunctional therapist, dental hygienist, wife, and busy mom of two energetic girls. After more than a decade working in both general and holistic dentistry, I kept seeing the same thing: so many people struggling with issues that start in the mouth — but never get fully addressed.

That’s what led me to myofunctional therapy.

I discovered how something as simple as proper breathing, tongue posture, and oral function can have a huge impact on sleep, focus, speech, facial development, and overall wellness — for kids, teens, and adults. And I knew I wanted to be part of that solution.

My Approach

I believe myofunctional therapy should feel empowering, not overwhelming.

Whether I’m working with a toddler learning to breathe through their nose, a teenager navigating braces and orthodontics, or an adult dealing with TMJ dysfunction or sleep-disordered breathing, my approach is calm, compassionate, and customized to you. Every person is different — which is why I create simple, personalized plans that fit into real life (even the messy, busy kind we’re all living).

I often collaborate with cranial sacral therapists, orthodontists, ENTs, speech-language pathologists, and other healthcare professionals to give my clients well-rounded care that addresses the root cause, not just the symptoms.
