Why is this important?

The mouth is the gateway to the body and it gives us many clues.  You see, myofunctional therapy (myo for short) is great at finding the body’s weakness in the face, mouth, and neck and helps to correct it by strengthening the many muscles that are in this area.  When muscles are used correctly, and do not compensate for other weaker muscles then the body is able to heal which leads to less inflammation, and pain, and a healthier you.  Myo is gentle, non-invasive, and personalized.
